The Operator is the right holder of the Playervibe.pro portal and is a party to the User Agreement. The Operator performs administration and maintenance, provides access of users to the portal, services (also paid services), under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
User is a natural person visiting the portal or participating in the projects of Playervibe.pro portal. The User, as well as the Operator, is a party to the Agreement.
Portal - special software and hardware complexes placed on the Operators resources. Users access to the portal is provided only by the Operator. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.
Project Website - a site located in the Internet at https://playervibe.pro / http://playervibe.pro / www.playervibe.pro
Services - providing Users with access to the Portal, use of features and services, participation in projects under the terms and conditions specified in the Agreements. The Operators Services are provided free of charge. The only exceptions are Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided by the Operator only within the Portal, i.e. during its use by the User.
Additional Paid Services - provision of additional special features of the Website to the User for a fee. These services are not obligatory and are provided at the Users request. Paid Services are also provided by the Operator exclusively within the Portal.
2.1 The Operator provides access to the Portal (Services, Services, Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2. The User is aware that the main purpose of the projects of www.playervibe.pro portal is to organise leisure and entertainment by the Operator, which is in no way connected with gambling.
3.1 Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the User shall have the rights and fulfil the obligations stipulated in the text of this Agreement.
3.2. The User accepts and agrees to the terms of this Agreement by registering on the website: www.playervibe.pro. The fact of acceptance means the Users full and unconditional consent to all terms and conditions and appendices of this Agreement.
3.3. If the User for any reason does not agree with the terms and conditions or annexes of this Agreement, he/she is obliged to stop further use of the Website.
3.4. The Site may only be used after acceptance of this Agreement by the User.
3.5. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms his/her legal capacity, the right to conclude this Agreement. The Operator is not obliged to verify the data provided by the User during registration.
3.6. If it is necessary to create an account (hereinafter referred to as “Account”) in order to use the information and entertainment portal www.playervibe.pro or to participate in the portal projects, the User shall complete the registration process by providing the Operator with up-to-date, complete and accurate information (including e-mail address) in the appropriate form. In case of posting on the portal www.playervibe.pro about participation in partnership programmes, the registered User has the right to participate in contests, drawings, competitions on the Playervibe.pro Project Website.
4.1 Users rights:
In accordance with this agreement, the User has the right to:
• Use the Portal for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Use all services, resources (including Additional Paid Services) provided by the Operator.
• If necessary to use the technical support of the site, contact the Operator via contact information or feedback form.
• Free of charge (excluding provision of Additional Paid Services) to use the site and participate in the projects of the Portal.
4.2 Users obligations:
By complying with the terms of this agreement, the User is obliged to:
• Provide accurate information when registering on the Site.
• Independently take all necessary measures to ensure effective security of the personal account. Do not give access to it to third parties. If necessary, at the request of the Operator, to provide confirmation of your personal data indicated on the Site at the time of registration.
• If necessary, at the Operators request, provide confirmation of your personal data indicated on the Site at the time of registration.
• Fulfil the Operators instructions within the limits of this Portal.
• Do not violate the Operators copyright and intellectual property rights located on its Portal.
• Comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement without limitation.
• The User undertakes to use the Portal for entertainment purposes only, not to obtain any benefit from the Portal.
4.3 The User has no right to
Using the Operators Portal, the User is forbidden to:
• Use errors (bugs) of the site and services of the Portal, unauthorised access to a common database, computer system, change program code.
• Use malicious programmes that can harm the Portal, as well as special software that gives it superiority over other users. If such and similar offences are detected, the Operator has the right to impose penalties on the User, including banning access to websites and account deletion.
• Restrict access to the site to other Users.
• Engage in fraud and other illegal activities.
• Advertise anything unrelated to the Portal without the Operators written permission.
• Use abnormal language, express threats to the Operator or other Users, distribute materials promoting violence, racial hatred, aversion to religious beliefs, containing pornographic information, advertising drugs, calling for violent overthrow of power.
• Conduct anti-advertising of the Portal, including outside the Portal.
• The User agrees that his/her rights and obligations may be changed/added by the Operator, of which he/she will be notified via the contact details provided during registration (or on the Website)
4.4 Rights of the Operator
This Agreement grants the Operator the following rights:
• At any time, at its own discretion, unilaterally, without prior notice to Users, to extend, change, terminate, restrict the provision of the Services, as well as Additional Paid Services.
• Manage all processes on the Portals at its sole discretion. Suspend, change the course of any processes without first notifying the User.
• Apply sanctions to the User in case of violations of this Agreement. Delete/modify the Users information posted on the Portals. Track, store identification and statistical information about the User.
• Send Users technical, promotional and other information regarding the Portal, Services and Paid Services.
• Inform, warn, reprimand, notify the User in case of non-compliance/violation of the terms of this Agreement. All instructions of the Operator shall be strictly complied with.
• Take lawful measures to protect your intellectual, copyrighted property. Modify, change, supplement the Portal at its own discretion, without warning the User in advance.
• The Operators inaction on the Users violations of this Agreement does not exclude the application of penalties later.
4.5 Operators obligations
Being a party to the User Agreement, the Operator shall:

• To answer the Users questions, in case of disputable situations take all measures to settle them.
4.6. Limitation of Operators liability
In accordance with this section, the Operator is not responsible for:
• Any damage caused, or which may only be caused, to the Users personal data and computer in connection with the use of the Portal and the Site.
• Losses (direct/indirect) caused to the User due to the use or inaccessibility of the Portal (impossibility to use them), behaviour of third parties on the Portal, as well as other participants of the Portal projects, unauthorised access to the Users personal data.
• The Users statements, distributed information, statements and other unlawful actions carried out by the User on the Website and outside it.
• Information specified by the User during registration, lost access to the Portal (login, password, etc.).
• Loss of purchased virtual valuables by the User as a result of provision of Services and Additional Paid Services by the Operator.
• Payment by the User of Additional Paid Services and related expenses.
• Uninterrupted operation of the Portal.
4.7. The Operator does not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted, reliable, error-free operation of the Portal, access to its resources and services.
• The fact that the Portal will fully meet the requirements and representations of the User.
• Compliance of the quality of the provided Services (Additional Paid Services) with the Users expectations.
• The Operator is not obliged at the Users request to provide documents and other evidence of the Users breach of this Agreement and application of penalties/disciplinary sanctions against the User.
• The User uses the Portal, Operators Website solely at his own risk, willingly, without coercion. He understands the possible risks associated with the use of the Operators resources and has no material claims against the Operator.
5.1. Confidential information - information received by the Operator in the process of Users registration on the Website, as well as in the course of visiting the Sites/Portal and participation in the events of the Portal.
5.2. Confidential information is not subject to disclosure and transfer to third parties.
5.3. Personal data may be disclosed by the Operator to a third party only in the following cases:
• Official request of law enforcement authorities (violation of local and international legislation).
• Users personal will.
• Inability to use the Services and Additional Paid Services on the Portals (about which the User is warned in advance).
• Violations of the clauses of this Agreement (at Operators discretion).
5.4. The Operator ensures security of the Users personal data using special software. In case of unauthorised access to the Portal/Site by third parties, the security of personal data is not guaranteed.
6.1. At the Users request, the Operator provides the User with Additional Paid Services. They allow using the advanced features of the Portal.
6.2. Additional Paid Services are not a prerequisite for using the Website and participating in the Website projects.
6.3. Once an Additional Paid Service has been provided in a proper quality, the money spent on its purchase is non-refundable.
• ALL SERVICES ON THE PORTAL ARE PROVIDED TO USERS AGAINST THE INSTALLED “AS IS” CONCEPT.
• OPERATOR HEREBY WARNS AND RECOMMENDS THAT EXTREME USE OF PC, INCLUDING PC GAMES, CAN HARM USERS HEALTH. THE USER OR HIS/HER LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, AGREE TO MONITOR THEIR OWN HEALTH CONDITION AND NOT TO USE THE SERVICES / LIMIT THEIR USE IF THERE ARE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS.
• OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFIT) IN RESULT OF GAMING SERVICES, PORTAL SITES AND/OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE, ACTIONS OF THIRD PARTIES RELATED TO THE SERVICES AND OPERATOR PORTAL AND/OR MATERIALS ON THE SITE, INCLUDING FRAUDULENT AND/OR NEGLIGENT ACTS OF THIRD PARTIES.
8.1 If the User is not authorised to use the Portal according to the laws of their country or if there are other restrictions (age and other), they are obliged to refuse to use the Portal or their individual services without notice. The User assumes all responsibility for the use of the Portal in his country, based on local laws and taking into account international legislation.
8.2 The invalidity of one/some clauses/sections of the User Agreement does not invalidate the whole User Agreement. In this case, the parties shall fulfil their obligations under the remaining clauses/sections of the Agreement.
8.3 Disputes arising between the parties are subject to initial settlement in a pre-trial procedure, by correspondence between the Operator and the User. In case of ineffectiveness of mediated settlement of disputes, they will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 This Agreement may be amended, supplemented by the Operator without prior notice to the User. Any changes shall come into force immediately after publication of the amended version of the Agreement on the Website. To avoid disputes, the User undertakes to independently check the text of the Agreement on the Website, where it is freely available. In case the User fails to check the text of the Agreement, this fact may not serve as a reason for refusal to fulfil the undertaken obligations. The amended version of the Agreement after its publication on the Website has the same legal effect as the original text.
